Brightpearl

Brightpearl is a cloud-based ERP for retailers and wholesalers. The system aims to automate the back office to enable merchants to spend their time and money growing the business. Brightpearl now operates under the Sage umbrella as Brightpearl by Sage following its acquisition in late 2021.

Core offering

The platform offers a complete back-office solution including financial management, inventory and sales order management, purchasing and supplier management, CRM, fulfillment, warehouse, and logistics.

It also includes an Automation Engine and a public API for high-volume syncs, plus built-in connections to marketplaces, 3PL and shipping partners and accounting systems.

Integrations

The solution integrates with major e-commerce platforms, including Magento, BigCommerce, and Shopify. Brightpearl also lists plug-and-play connectors to marketplaces (Amazon, eBay), POS and accounting tools (including Xero and Sage Intacct), and a catalogue of pre-built integrations.

Designed for retailers and wholesalers, Brightpearl enables omnichannel merchants to manage their business from one single system.

Brightpearl uses bespoke pricing and requests that prospective customers request a quote. There are no public list prices. However, unlimited users are included as part of the subscription.
